I Need Something!!!!!!!!!

Okay, Brad.....here goes!

Broccoli Cheese Cassarole

Mix together:

1 egg

1 small onion chopped into smallish pieces (unless you really want big hunks of onion in it!)

About 8 to 12 saltine crackers......ritz will work too, crushed up into crumbs.

1/2 cup of mayo

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

Set that aside until ready to add to the cooked broc

Boil until tender a package of like Green Giants Broccoli pieces/florets  (I use the Birdseye Deluxe Baby Broccoli florets.....more tender)    (Don't use all of this package tho, as it's a bit larger than what you need for the dish.

Drain and put in baking dish, then chop up fine with hand chopper.......

Man, I had to hunt to find a picture of that thing! LOL!    Me do things old fashioned way! LOL!

After you have the broc chopped up good, then mix in the soup/onion mixture along with an 8 oz package of shredded sharp chedder cheese.

Smooth off the top of the dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes! 

Remove and watch the good stuff disappear!  Bet your kids would even want to eat it! LOL!
